Amelia co-hosted a Spanish programme at Christchurch’s radio Plains FM96.9 in 2005
Ellen’s travel stories about touring around Tibet, XinJiang, and Nepal for 67 days. It made her one of China’s Top 10 Backpackers in 2000. Those travel experiences also led her voluntary conservation work in Tibet for the following year.
Ellen reported her 1-month volunteer work in Tibet about protecting the endangered Tibetan antelopes and wildlife in 2001, published by Tourism News (China).
