2WAYS Tours Core Values
2WAYS Tours Values - Care

CARE

We take responsibility for protecting and enhancing New Zealand’s natural and cultural environment on which we depend delivering the most pleasant and meaningful experiences to you, our visitor.

We are committed to the social and environmental sustainability by participating in numerous local community initiatives from tree planting, beach clean-ups, kiwi bird recovery projects to Citizens Advice Bureau volunteer services.

We take care of you 24/7 while you are travelling in New Zealand.

In a people-orientated travel business, having people working for you who are widely and deeply involved in the community help you gain the authentic inside experiences in New Zealand.

2WAYS Tours Values - Curiosity

CURIOSITY

You are introduced to New Zealand in “2ways” that is both educational and enjoyable, opening the senses and the mind to new experiences, and enriching your life.

We believe that curiosity cures uncertainty.

We keep learning from challenges and improving our understanding about ourselves and the world around us in the uncertain times.

  • learning to know – do various training courses including Maori culture.
  • learning to do (deal with changing situations creatively) – design and customise all trips.
  • learning to be (develop personal potentials and responsibility) – learn our clients’ languages in new forms of communication.
  • learning to live together (develop interdependence and cooperation) – share community experiences with you.
2WAYS Tours Values - Connection

CONNECTION

We believe that great experiences are made by people who are open to learn and share in diverse ways.

Without our welcoming quality hosts – New Zealand tour operators, activity organisers, accommodation and transport providers, schools, homestay families and other related services, we could not deliver you successful travel experiences in Aotearoa / New Zealand.

Without our appreciative guests – visitors and students individually or in groups, who contribute to New Zealand financially and culturally by coming to New Zealand with respect, open mind, and willingness to share the greatest parts of your own cultures, we couldn’t maintain this country so beautiful and peaceful.

PASSION

We love the job we do. We listen, experience, enjoy and share.

We work with people with ethics, integrity and shared values. So you bring home the happiness for lifetime.

HONESTY

We say what we believe, and do what we say that is true, relevant, and mutual beneficial to all parties involved.

We would honestly tell you whether it fits between what we offer and what you want.

EXCELLENCE

We strive to achieve our personal best in everything we do.

We do all our best to make you 100% satisfied with your travel holiday or learning experiences in Aotearoa / New Zealand.

The Department of Education of Catalonia had an agreement with 2WAYS company in the organization of a course for teachers of English from Catalonia to improve their knowledge of English, their methodological strategies and to get introduced to the culture and way of life of New Zealand.

The feedback we have had from our teachers in the past years states very clearly that the programme has achieved its objectives and the teachers that have attended it see it as a rewarding experience both from their professional and personal points of view.
