Terms of Service – 2WAYS Tours New Zealand

 

“You” or “your” refers to the customer. “We”, “us” and “our” refers to 2WAYS Company Limited (trading as 2WAYS Tours New Zealand), based in Auckland, specialises in customising Holiday Tours and Study Tour Programmes in New Zealand for the Spanish, Catalan, and Chinese since 2002.

Booking: Your booking via email, on Booking Form, by telephone or by any other means, is confirmed subject to availability. Bookings are non-transferable.

Pricing: All prices are quoted in NZ Dollars and 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is not included.

Payment: No booking is confirmed until full payment is received.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Auckland Half-day and Full Day Private Guided Tours:

In the case of cancelling from our part, no cancellation fee will be applicable.

In the case of a cancellation by the guest the following cancellation fees will be charged if replacement bookings cannot be achieved: cancellation 31 – 60 days: 50%; cancellation 30 days or less: 100%.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for customised Holiday Tours and Study Tour Programmes:

Refer to the full Terms and Conditions as part of your Holiday Tour package or Study Tour Package we customise for you in Spanish, Catalan or Chinese language.

Force Majeure:

2WAYS Tours will not be liable for any loss or damage to person or property which arises directly or indirectly from Acts of God, natural disasters, weather disruptions, civil disturbances, epidemics, quarantines or any other cause not reasonably within our control.

These terms are governed by the New Zealand’s laws and regulations.
